Summary
I'm Rafael, a software engineer from Veracruz, Mexico, living in Nuremberg. I'm a Senior Software Engineer at noris network, where I work across frontend, backend and ServiceNow in a multidisciplinary, international team.
Since 2010 I've been co-founder and CTO of Technit, a Mexican software company. I own the technology side: stack decisions, infrastructure, delivery and the team that builds it. Together we've shipped more than 30 mobile and cloud apps.

- Built the company intranet from scratch to production, with LDAP authentication and role-based security across MariaDB, SQL Server and Sybase.
